How did we get our start?

In 2017, Shanil (the creator of Best360) bought his first 360 camera, the Samsung Gear 360. Eager to test out this new technology, Shanil took his 360 camera and a light-weight camera stand on holiday to record some 360 video. He found the perfect spot and left the camera stand unattended to hide himself from the shot. Suddenly, a gust of wind. It blew over the camera stand... The £200 camera lens was destroyed and could not be repaired. This led Shanil to create his very first product, the Best360 Monopod. A weighted camera stand that does not fall over in the wind.
