Description

The Martial Arts Wall mount bag is originally created for use and practise with Martial Arts system know as Wing Chun. It is an effective way to practice various forms of strike combinations. It helps develop power in the last inch of a strike (sometimes referred to as the Qi energy). The wall bag is also a great way for conditioning the hands, fists, wrists and forearms. It can also aid practitioners with striking and blocking.
