●Three Operation Modes-- Portable freon recovery equipment has three modes of operation: refrigerant recovery mode (conventional recovery of vapor and liquid refrigerant), system push and pull mode (rapid recovery of more than 10kgs liquid refrigerant), and system self-purge mode (remove residual refrigerant). The three operation modes can be realized through the connection of different devices and the metal operation button modes (RECOVER SLOW, RECOVER FAST, PURGE, OFF) on the operation panel
●High Pressure and Overload Protection -- The recovery device input pressure shall not exceed 26bar. When the internal pressure is higher than 38.5bar, the internal high pressure shut-off switch will be triggered and the compressor will automatically power off. Please reduce the internal pressure until the high pressure shut-off switch resets automatically and the compressor will restart. If overload protector button on the panel pops out during use, please manually reset it after 5 minutes

  • Clear pressure gauge: Blue low pressure gauge for refrigerant recovery machine input pressure, red high pressure gauge for recovery device outlet pressure.
  • Compact and portable: The housing is compact and sturdy (relatively light, only 14kg), making it easy to carry or store, easy to transport to facilitate multi-scenario applications
  • Special filter device: Special filter dryer to filter moisture while recovering refrigerant, and filter screen to filter possible impurities, to protect the internal compressor. Notice each type of refrigerant must have its own filter dryer. The filter dryer needs to be replaced frequently and the filter screen should be washed frequently to keep it clean

Dual Protection Mechanism

  • Overpressure protection mechanism: There is a high pressure cut-off switch inside the refrigerant recovery machine. When the internal pressure is higher than 38.5bar, the compressor will automatically shut down. Please reduce the internal pressure, high pressure switch will reset and the compressor will restart automatically.
  • Overload protection mechanism: There is an overload cut-off switch outside the refrigerant recovery machine. If the overload protector pops out, please restart the circuit breaker manually after 5 minutes

Three Operation Modes

Refrigerant (vapor and liquid) recovery mode & Self-cleaning mode operation

Required device: refrigerant recovery tank, electric scale, refrigerant recovery machine, AC manifold gauge, refrigerant device, safety goggles and protective gloves

  • 1. Turn the metal knob on the refrigerant recycling machine to 1, turn off the power switch, and connect the power supply cord
  • 2. Connect all the devices according to the connection diagram in the instruction manual
  • 3. Start the power switch of the refrigerant recovery machine, open the liquid valve of the refrigerant recovery tank and AC manifold gauge
  • 4. Slowly turn the metal knob to "2" for quick recovery. Always pay attention to the low pressure gauge value, do not exceed 26bar. And also always pay attention to the refrigerant recovery tank electronic scale, to ensure that it does not exceed 80% of the maximum capacity of the recovery tank
  • 5. After all the refrigerant recycled, turn the metal knob of the refrigerant recovery unit to "3" and start the self-cleaning mode. The refrigerant recovery device must be self-cleaning after each use to ensure that no refrigerant remains. Otherwise, the remaining refrigerant may expand and damage components. It is recommended to completely vacuum the refrigerant and clean it with dry nitrogen when storing it for a long time.

Liquid refrigerant push/pull mode

  • Required device: refrigerant recovery tank, electric scale, refrigerant recovery machine, refrigerant device, safety goggles and protective gloves
  • When the amount of liquid refrigerant to be recovered is greater than 10kgs, you are advised to use the push/pull mode to speed up the process. Please follow the detailed instructions.
  • After the liquid recovery is completed, the conventional refrigerant (vapor and liquid) recovery mode is adopted for the vapor refrigerant.
