●Fitment Type for JIFETOR TU-114 Fuel Pressure Gauge Kit: The car fuel pressure tester kit is suitable for most vehicles with gasoline/gas engine fuel injection pump system (except for Bosch, CIS Jetronic, Throttle Body Systems on GM vehicles), not for diesel high pressure injection pump or direct-injection engine, due to the fuel gauges low pressure range.
●Connections for Fuel Pressure Gauge Tool Kit: The fuel pressure test gauge set is equipped with various fittings and hoses to connect for testing. 15 inch hose is used for hooking up directly to the 1/4 inch SAE standard schrader valve on fuel pump, 8 inch hose for M6 fuel pressure test port, and there are also M8/M10/M12/M14 adapters for the corresponding test port on fuel rail. The aluminum tee help to splice in-line between the fuel pump and engine for most vehicles.
●Fuel Pressure Test Kit: Pressure gauge adopts rubber cover protected 3-1/2 inch large dial with 0-140 pounds per square inch range and dual color coded scale for easy reading. The hoses use rubber nylon resin material, and the build-in nylon can strengthen the hose with increased stress resistance. The pressure relief valve and 16 inch fuel drain hose help to release pressure safely and recovery fuel easily. Blow molding case keeps everything in place and protects the gauges during storage.
●Check Fuel Injector Pump Pressure: The pressure tester is designed for checking fuel injection pump pressure and fuel flow easily and quickly. You can compare the pressure value to the manufacturers recommended reference range, aid to diagnose gasoline engine fuel system. Low fuel pressure can be caused by kink/leak/clog on inlet supply side components, a bad fuel pump or regulator, low tank pressure. High fuel pressure may be caused by a bad fuel pressure regulator or kinked outlet return line

NECESSARY FUEL OIL INJECTION PRESSURE TESTER TOOL
- Testing fuel pressure is an essential part of the troubleshooting process of fuel injection system. Proper fuel pressure is vital for engine operation and performance.
- Too high fuel pressure can cause the engine to run too rich, incomplete combustion, excessive fuel consumption, increased carbon buildup, exhaust exceeding the standard.
- And a low fuel pressure will lead to a lack of horsepower, stalling, and a slow or no-start condition.
APPLICATION RANGE
1. Fuel injection pressure is less than 140PSI: perfect for most gasoline/gas engine fuel injection system (except for Bosch, CIS Jetronic, Throttle Body Systems on GM vehicles), not for diesel high pressure injection pump or direct-injection engine.
2. Check if your vehicles fuel pressure can be tested by one of following connection styles:
Hook up fuel pressure test port directly
15"L long hose brass fittings is used for the 1/4" SAE standard Schrader valve on the fuel rail or fuel pump. The 8"L short hose for M6 fuel pressure test port, and M8/M10/M12/M14 adapters for the corresponding test port on fuel rail
In-line connection
Aluminum tee with brass fittings allows to test the fuel pressure for most vehicles, by splicing in-line between the fuel pump and engine.
Please NOTE: This kit does not include the brass fittings for small Schrader valve on part Ford.

2.This auto fuel oil engine diagnostic gauge injection pressure tester set should be used by professional or under the guidance of a professional.
3.Always refer to equipment manufacturers operation instruction, compare to the manufacturers recommended readings.
4.Before making connections and testing, place a dry chemical (Class B) fire extinguisher nearby.
5.Gasoline is highly flammable. Do not smoke, or test near open flames or a source of electrical sparks. Do not allow gasoline to come in contact with the hot manifolds or other engine components.
6.Perform service in a well-ventilated, outdoor location.
7.Make sure all connections are tight to avoid fuel leaks. Or use PTFE tape if needed.
