With its advanced technology and expert craftsmanship, the SK Pro effortlessly eliminates swirls, scratches, and imperfections, leaving a flawless finish on your vehicles paintwork.
Adams Polishing Pads each serve a different purpose and are comprised of different material. Lets walk through what each pad does and how to use them.
The Adams Blue Microfiber Cutting Pad offers faster correction of swirls and scratches, designed to help you achieve more with your dual action, random orbit, or even rotary tool than ever before. Using premium grade cutting microfiber and a high-density, thinner foam backing than our previous Orange Microfiber Cutting Pad, these pads will cut through moderate to heavy swirl marks with ease when paired with our Adams Heavy Correcting Compound.
The Blue Foam Pad features a thick, closed-cell foam that provides strong cutting power, tackling oxidation, heavy swirls, and more with ease. Its flat-face design increases surface area, allowing for enhanced efficiency and heat dispersion during the polishing process. The Blue Foam Pad is color-coded to perfectly match Adams Compound, ensuring optimal compatibility and achieving consistent results.
The second step in our paint correction system -- this soft foam pad enhances gloss and shine after cutting through the heavy scratches. Adams White Foam Polishing Pad features a soft, closed-cell foam that excels in the art of polishing and achieving flawless results. Its flat-face design increases surface area, allowing for optimal heat dispersion and maximizing efficiency. Color-coded to match Adams Polish, this foam pad seamlessly integrates into your polishing routine.
Decontaminating your vehicles paint is imperative in getting flawless polishing results. Adams Polishes offers multiple products to assist. Strip wash (pictured above) strips your car of existing polishes, waxes, or sealants. Our Clay Mitt and Clay Bar lift metallic contaminants, while our Iron Remover removes metallic fallout with ease.
Adams Swirl Finder uses 160 Lumens to expose every swirl on your surface so you know where you need to focus your polishing efforts. Features two magnets, two lights, and a clip for maximum convenience.
The most important products to use in the polishing process are Adams Compound and Adams Polish. Color coded to match our polishing pads, these will leave your vehicle looking perfect.
Use Adams Pad Cleaning & Conditioning Brush at the end of the job to remove dried polish residue before regular cleaning to make the job easier or mid-job to keep the pads fresh. Effective with both Microfiber and Foam pads, the brush also includes an edging tip to help break pads loose from backing plates. Its a must have tool for anyone who takes their paint correction and machine polishing seriously.
After polishing your vehicle, its vital that you protect the paint you just perfected! Our most popular product line is perfect for the job. Adams Graphene Ceramic Coatings cure to your paint to create a diamond like protection!
Lets walk through the polishing process.
The first step to polishing is thoroughly washing your vehicle to get any surface-level dirt and debris off. This will ensure a clean surface so that when polishing, you arent picking up dirt that will ruin your paint. All of Adams washing chemicals contain surfactants to lift contaminants off of the surface with ease.
The next step in achieving a perfect polish is decontaminating your car. These products (shown left) will go deep into your clear coat to extract embedded metallic contaminants to create a prepped surface. Rinse and dry, and you are ready to polish!
Heres the fun part. Attach the Blue Foam Pad and apply Adams Compound. Begin polishing with light to moderate pressure in overlapping movements. Be sure to maintain the 4 Ps: Pressure, Plane, Pad, and Pace.
After using your compound, grab the White Foam Pad and Adams Polish. Apply Polish and begin with the same movements as before, but this time with little to no pressure. This will ensure a perfect finish. Be sure to spot check this whole process in an inconspicuous part of your vehicle to avoid possible damage. When finished, wipe away excess.
Now, its imperative to protect the surface youve just worked so hard on. Grab Adams Graphene Coating and apply in a cross-hatch pattern with our Grey Suede Applicator. When cured, wipe away excess and enjoy an unbeatable finish!
