  2. Formatting the unit on a computer is prohibited
  3. No speakers, so no support for external playback
  4. If you touch or rub the device with your hands during recording, noise may be recorded (Try to avoid noise)
  5. When reading this product, please do not disconnect from the computer, it may lead to machine failure and data destruction. To disconnect, eject the disk using the correct method

✔️If Computer connection failure.

Make sure the voice recorder is [OFF], and lay the recorder flat after connection to prevent unstable connection

  1. Use the included data cable to connect to the computer, because some data cables can only be charged. Replace the cable if necessary
  2. Try to connect other ports or another computer to rule out computer driver abnormalities. Abnormal computer drivers can be resolved by searching Google or asking the manufacturer (depending on your computer model and system)
