My baby seems to be unsatisfied, what should I do?

Babies can get nervous about unfamilar things. Suggestions: 1. Give them a comfort item like a lovey or rice rusk. 2. Use it when your infant appears sleepy or worn out. Once familiar with our toddler sling, you can use it anytime.

Can I use on both sides?

Yes, you can wear on both left and right shoulders. Just make sure the buckle in the front so that you can unbuckle it easily.

How do I adjust the nylon strap while babies sitting on the seat? E.g. want to unbuckle or adjust the sitting position.

Whenever you want to adjust the nylon strap, please hold babies butt first, then you can easily loosen or tighten the nylon strap in front.

Can I actually free both hands?

It is a portable one-side sling so please always support kids back with ONE hand.
