This is a set of 12 prepared slides with different samples of common pollens and spores. All slides are made of glass, labeled, and ready for viewing under a microscope. Each set includes one each of the following: Spore of Lycopodium, Penicillium Notatum, Aspergillus Niger, Fern Spore, Bottle Brush Spore, A Leaf Spore, Pine Tree Pollen, Pumpkin Pollens, Pollen of Lily, Sunflower Pollen, Chrysanthenmum Pollen, Tulip Pollen. This is the same set that used to come in a blue box (picturede for reference), but is now packaged in a durable snap-lid, plastic box by the manufacturer. A great way to study a variety of specimens of plant pollen & spores. Recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision.
