Note:

1. Can not be used with other pens at the same time.

2. The pencil does not need Bluetooth connection, please turn off Bluetooth when you use it.

*****If the stylus does not respond, open the "Settings" screen → select "Accessibility" → turn on touch adjustment via "Touch adjustment".

3. You can only charge the stylus with 5V adapter, and the current should not exceed 2A, otherwise you cant charge the stylus and even damage it.

4. You cant use the pen when the battery is low. Please charge it before using it.

5. When using a protective glass film, the pen may have difficulty responding to the phone due to the difference in thickness. *We recommend a protective film of 3mm or less.

  • If the stylus cannot write and draw on your ipad, but you can swipe and tap the screen, check the following settings:

Go to Settings > Apple Pencil > Turn off Only Draw with Apple Pencil.

Or Settings > Notes > Click on the brush ＞click on the three dots＞to open “painting with your finger”. (Other apps may also be unavailable due to settings, so you can check first.)---The picture below is an example of the settings:
