When you are driving on a trip, the car player cannot connect to the personal hotspot?

1. Please check if your personal hotspot password is correct. 2. Restart the car video player and reconnect the WiFi. 3. If still cant solve the problem, please c-o-n-t-a-c-t us.

Can I upgrade the Disney+/Netflix/Youtobe and other APP versions?

We have built-in OTA update, which will automatically update the APP version. Therefore, in order not to affect the normal use of the headrest car TV, it is recommended not to manually upgrade the version.

Does this headrest video player come with a remote control?

WONNIE portable player itself does not come with a remote control, but you can download the Mycar Link app to turn your phone into a smart remote control.

Does this car player support downloading all APPs?

Yes, it can be downloaded on Google Play Store. If you cant find the app you want in the Google Play Store, please download it from the Aptoide Store.

How to use FM Transmit correctly?

Please turn on FM Transmit, set the FM frequency of the headrest monitor to the same frequency as the car radio. At this time, the sound from the headrest monitor will be wirelessly transmitted to the car speaker for playback.
