The 3×USB-A charging ports can only charge your devices(5V/2.4A). Data transfer is not supported. |
The usb hub comes with a 12V/5A DC Power adapter(3.9ft), which allows you to use more high power-consuming devices like external hard drives. Please connect with the power adapter to make sure all ports can work properly. |

Please note:
1. To disconnect your device, you need to press and hold the corresponding switch for 1 second.
2. When connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard, it may not work properly. It’s because most wireless device work in the 2.4Ghz wireless band, which is the same with the USB 3.0 ports. And they may interfere with each others work, causing some lags on wireless devices. We recommend connecting to a USB 2.0 port. Or use an extension cable to keep the receiver away from the USB 3.0 cable.
