FLAT

Flat: 6, 12, 3/4, 1".

They are not only great for straight, thin lines, large broad strokes and details, but they are also great for big even washes by covering large areas with paint or water. Flat feature of the brush shape can be used flexibly to draw varying thickness in one stroke.

ROUND

Round: 1, 6.

It has a super sharp tip that can make very fine and tiny lines.

1. Large-size round brush hold a lot more water and paint, it realizes small-area smudging, as well as dot and thick line painting.
2. The small round brush is great for narrow lines and dots as it not only holds very little water due to the short bristles, but it also has a really fine point which is great for super small details.

ANGLE

Angle: 1/4.

The angle-shaped brush can draw a gradual effect, and the method of using it is changeable. It can make an arc or a sharp angle. About gradients, there will be an unexpected result when you drag the brush while turning the brush handle.

FAN

Fan: 2/0.

Obviously you can use it to make large areas of coloring, but this special brush have more uses. This brush has a fan-shaped surface. As the angle of drag trajectory and the fan surface are different, the handwriting produced is also different. Or use the top or side of the brush tip to tap on the paper, the handwriting produced is also completely different.

FILBERT

Filbert: 4.

Flat brushes with domed ends. They allow good coverage and the ability to perform some detail work. It has particularly effective in blending work, usually of a figurative nature.

LINER

Liner: 1.

They are not meant for washes or filling in areas, but rather for lines and details. Compared to a regular small, round brush, line brush, have extremely long bristles which makes it possible for them to hold a lot more water and paint. This means it gives you the ability to paint a long steady line in one go which can require a little bit of practice as the liners can be difficult to control.

If you are new to this type of brush, this way you can add details, grass or other thin lines more easily without loading up your brush with paint every two seconds.

NO BRISTLES COME OFF

Maybe you’ll consider that nylon paint brushes are cheaper than others. But we’ve double clamped the bristles with extra strong ferrules so they don’t rust or fall out. Bristles would always stay in the brush, never on your work.
