It sounds like you possibly overcharged it. You should get in touch with the manufacturer because if it is fairly new you should be able to have it under promise

Whats the best paint to use in it?

Amazon sells airbrush paint you can use. Upgrey is a brand or Badger Nail Flair.

How do you clean it?

You need to take it apart, and the needle most importantly needs to be cleaned with an airbrush cleaner or acetone nail polish remover. For promise purposes, I would go with the airbrush cleaner.

Does anyone know how to take out the needle to clean it?

Hi I dont think u need to take out the needle. U can clean it with that keyring of brushes they gave you. I used acrylic paint with this airbrush and it did dry hard inside but the brush cleans it out good
