Dual-Action Airbrush Kit
Airbrush compressor comes with a double-action airbrush, it can not only control the fluid by the end part of of the airbrush gun but also the pigment volume and air by the trigger on the airbrush pen.
How To Clean The Airbrush Kit?
Step 1:
Wipe the paint cup with a paper towel, then pour in the cleaner/detergent.
Step 2:
Connect the airbrush to the compressor and block the nozzle with a napkin or your fingers;
Press the trigger and the detergent will bubble up in the paint cup;
Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute in this state.
Step 3:
Take off the napkin or your finger and pull the trigger. The left paint inside the airbrush will comes out.
Step 4:
Take out the needle and nozzle, wipe them with a tissue and a cotton swab respectively.
Attention:
- The paint must be diluted with water or thinner before each use, the ratio of paint to water or thinner is around 1:2 or 1:3.
- Make sure any reagents used are free of particles, which can clog the nozzle.
- The solvent-based paint needs to be diluted with a thinner, otherwise it is difficult to spray. But in the case of water base, it can be used normally without dilution.
- Please test airbrush kit with clear water before using pigment or paint to make sure that the airbrush is not clogged to spray normally.
- If the paint and liquid are too thick or encounter the problem of not being sprayed, suggest properly dilute it with water or thinner or replace with a suitable nozzle.
- When finishing the spraying work or have to stop for more than 10 minutes, please use the cleaning brush to clean the airbrush cavity, nozzle, and fluid cup thoroughly in time, otherwise the liquid will solidify and block the nozzle.
- If the airbrush is not able to spray liquid, it may also be that the fluid control knob is too tight, please adjust the tail screw. Or it may be that the nozzle is blocked. Please remove and clean the nozzle. Please refill cup with alcohol or cleaning solvent, then block the needle cover with a finger and spray. The air flows backward into nozzle to clean the paints remained the airbrush. Please repeat it 2-3 times.
