Q:Why the back-up camera does not work after installing our device？

A:Turn off the car engine, disconnect the power behind the car main unit for 5 minutes, let it forget the previous information, and the back-up camera will work normally.

If the reverse camera displays a gray screen, please check if the camera type is set to OE camera in the car settings.

Car setting -> Camera type -> OE camera.
