Is it compatible with CarPlay and Android Auto? How to check if my car is available?

ONLY compatible with Android Auto, NOT CarPlay. If you have wired Android Auto installed in your car and your phone, this product is fit for your car. To know the compatible device, you can also find the right information on the Android Auto website.

Disconnection?

After connection, the phones Wi-Fi will be occupied by the wireless Android Auto program. Dropped connections are usually caused by Wi-Fi interference. You may need to ignore other Wi-Fi networks when using the adapter.

Can the adapter be paired with multiple phones?

YES. It can be paired with multiple phones, but only one device can be connected at a time. When pairing it with a new phone, please cancel the current connection first. By default, it will only auto-connect back to the last used phone.

Sound playing from Android Auto is delayed while watching video on the phone?

Sorry, this issue is not with the adapter itself, but rather a problem with the wireless transmission. Because video transcoding is more complex than normal audio file transcoding and takes longer to process.

Audio input or output issues?

Please check your phones Bluetooth to see if it is connected to another device. If so, please ignore other auto-connected Bluetooth devices.
