1.Q: The device does not connect to the phones Bluetooth (BT)?
A: a: Check Bluetooth is turned on on your phone. b:Disconnect the devices cable and reconnect. c:Turn off Bluetooth and forget the device, then reconnect. If still unable to connect, delete the connection history on the vehicle screen, then search and and connect again.
2.Q: The device does not connect to the phones WiFi/Hotspot?
A: a:Turn off wifi and bluetooth(Bluetooth needs to be turned off before connecting to the hotspot)b: Turn on wifi and hotspot c: Find the phone hotspot name, enter the password, and click Connect.
3. Q: The device BT/WiFi/Hotspot connection automatically disconnects?
A: Follow the user manual to upgrade the firmware version.
How to update the firmware?
- Consult to get the Update Files. Download all files to the update folder.
- No need to unzip, just download the zip file directly to the SD card. (also called "TF Card" the card doesnt include in the package, you need to have your own.
- Insert the SD card into the product and wait for the product to upgrade automatically.
- The product will restart automatically, the red light is flashing rapidly meaning it is upgrading
- The red light is always on and the blue light is flashing, indicating that the upgrade is complete.
- Blue light is flashing means system is booting. Original car display normal can unplug the sd card.
- Note: Do not unplug the usb during the upgrade!
