Please note the following points when using the BBX external Blu-ray drive:

1. The external Blu-ray drive need a blu-ray software to play blu-ray discs such as macgo bluray player for Mac User and PowerDVD for Windows system. Blu-ray Master is a nice free blu-ray player for PC, Mac and windows.

2. We Suggests you to play HD blu-ray movies no more than 50G.

3. Please connect the USB cable directly to your computer main board.

4. In case of the low voltage condition in some tablets, this bluray drive could not be used in Surface Series.

5. When use bluray function, your computer must support Blu-ray format.

6. Player software is NOT included.
