Q How to connect other Bluetooth devices？
A If you need to connect to other Bluetooth devices, you need to turn on the Bluetooth transmitter mode, you can use the remote control to press the TX transmitter mode and see if the BT indicator turns red.（Devices in close proximity to the product will automatically link via Bluetooth. To ensure successful linking, please turn off any unrelated Bluetooth devices. Failure to do so may result in the device linking to an unintended device.）
Q How to receive Bluetooth signals from other devices?
A If you need to receive signals from other Bluetooth devices, you can use the remote control to press the RX receiver mode and see if the BT indicator turns blue.（Devices in close proximity to the product will automatically link via Bluetooth. To ensure successful linking, please turn off any unrelated Bluetooth devices. Failure to do so may result in the device linking to an unintended device.）
Q The sound was exceptionally low, and turning the volume knob to adjust the volume had no effect.
A If you need to adjust the volume, you can adjust the sound on the source device; the volume knob on this product can only fine-tune the sound.
Q Bluetooth sound transmission latency problem?
A This relates to the quality of the Bluetooth headset and the connected device. The delay generally averages around 40 milliseconds. Low latency is supported by certain devices, including Qualcomms aptxll, but the device in use must also support aptxll. None of our current products support aptxll. Additionally, the guests environment, video playback network, and speed also have an impact.
Q Tried to put in a Bose receiver / amplifier optical audio input but it didnt work.
A You can turn on the BT receiver mode of the device first, and then use a 3.5 mm cable to connect between the Bose receiver / amplifier and this product.
Q Why does the product shut down automatically?
A Since this product is subject to interference from other infrared devices, once it is interfered with by other infrared devices, it may result in automatic shutdown, so turn off other infrared devices before use.
Q Why does the remote control not work?
A-1 Our remote control does not have batteries, so you need to buy batteries separately. The remote control cannot operate the product to turn on the product, it can only operate the product to turn off the product and some other executive commands.
A-2 The remote control may also fail under other infrared devices, the infrared rays of the remote control will be emitted to the nearest manipulatable infrared device, so please turn off the other infrared devices before you need to use it.
