What if I am not satisfied with the sound quality? Why there is no sound?

For basic TV: timely assistance. For advanced TV: icing on the cake. Note: Please set your TV to PCM mode, otherwise, the soundbar will be interfered and unable to make sound.

Is there any subwoofer included or any connector to hook up a subwoofer?

No subwoofer/DEEP BASS. This soundbar focus on people need loud and stereo sound with limited budgets. If you have special needs for DEEP BASS, please skip this product.

Why there is no sound in APPs like Netflix or Amazon Prime video ... ?

No sound was caused by internal interference. Please turn off the Dolby audio or DTS function in your APPs sound settings or switch it to STEREO output.

Is there 1 soundbar plus 2 small speakers in the package?

No. There are 2 separated sound bars which could be assembled into 1 soudbar. 4 speakers are inside the sound bar.

Is this sound bar really wireless? Do I need to plug in the power adapter?

Its wireless soundbar. Wireless means Bluetooth connection, it still need to plug into power adapter.
