- Sometimes the power cord is not plugged in tightly, causing the LOGO to not light up and not charge. If the product does not work, please check if the power cord is plugged in tightly.
- If the car is in ‘Sentinel Mode’, when you are near the car, the car will start the power and cause the LOGO light to come on again, so many people think that the LOGO light is not off yet. You can turn off ‘Sentinel Mode’ and leave the car for 30 minutes before checking to see if the light goes off.
- When using the WinDu Tesla USB hub, you can temporarily unplug the power cord on the left side to turn off the logo light!
