It is USB 3.0. Our capture card uses newly upgraded chip and USB 3.0 interface.

What should I do if "no sound comes through"?

Add an "Audio Input Capture" source and get the "Microphone/Auxiliary" attribute, unless your computer has "Desktop Audio".

How do I get 2K 30FPS video recordings?

You need to make sure your computer supports 2K@30FPS and set OBS to 2K@30FPS correctly.

How do I deal with humming?

Some low voltage USB panels can cause static buzzing, replace the USB panel with a suitable one or raise the voltage enough.
