Advanced Technology

• Crankcase System Test: Excessive pressure or corrosion of the crankcase is the main reason to damage the seal of the crankcase and cause oil leakage.
• Intake System Test: Leakage in the air intake system will lead to insufficient intake of the car engine, which will result in scant engine power.
• Car Sealing Test: Poor airtightness of the car may lead to a lot of inconvenience like inability to keep warm dusty, not soundproof, and not waterproof , etc.
• Fuel Tank System Test: When there are gaps in the fuel tank and piping caused by improper installation or insufficient sealing of the fuel tank cap, it can cause leaks in the fuel tank system.
• Turbo Test: The leakage of coolant would cause the engine to report high water temperature.

• Standard Cone Adapter: φ30-85mm, used to seal the airintake ports & introduce smokeinto the exhaust system.
• Power Cord Clamp: The cable length is 1.5m with 10A rated current. used to connectthe device to the battery powersupply.
• Valve Core Wrench: The double heads measure φ4mm/6mm with an overall length of 122mm & used as a tool to removeand install the EVAP service portvalve core.

How to leak test?

• Step 1: Fill proper test oil into the detector
• Step 2: Disconnect these pipes that need to be connected with detector
• Step 3: Connect detector with DC 12V battery
• Step 4: After pipe filled with smoke, check leaks by the changes of pressure gauge changes
• NOTICE: Both mineral oil and baby oil are OK, oil is not included.

• Operational Steps for EVAP System Test:
• Find the carbon canister on the car, and disconnect the fuel inlet/outlet tubing. Take out the special adapter for EVAP system from the accessory box and connect it to the tubing you want to test.
• Remove the oil filler cap, add 10ml of test oil into it, and tighten the cap.
• Turn on the power switch. Then press the air mode button and the smoe mode button respectively.
• Block the smoke nozzle and watch the pressure gauge.
• When the pressure reaches 0.8kg / cm2, connect the smoke nozzle with the special adapter for EVAP system.
• After that, you can find out if there is smoke coming out from the leak point of the EVAP system.
• Attention: Please make sure there are no open flames in the process of EVAP system test.
