Why doesnt my clock light up or turn on when its connected to the data cable?

It could be because the direction of the screen inserted into the card slot is wrong. The completely black screen should be facing the part of the base with the circle. Make sure to insert the screen all the way in, it may require some force.

My clock fails to connect to Wi-Fi？

This smart wether clock only support 2.4G wifi, do not supporting 5G.

My clock conected 2.4G WIFI, but still fails to connect to Wi-Fi？

Enter the Wi-Fi settings interface on your phone and select "Smart Weather Clock." Wait for a while, it will automatically jump to the Wi-Fi connection page. You will need to select an available Wi-Fi network and re-enter the password to connect.

I bought it early,the software is an old version. Will there be software upgrades for the next generation of products?

Our smart clock will automatically detect software upgrades and provide prompts. If there are prompts or issues with the update, we will provide very easy-to-use update packages for the normal upgrading of the product."

The settings page does not pop up？

Keep your phone connected to the "Smart Weather Clock" WiFi and turn off mobile cellular data for your phone.Then enter 192.168.4.1 in the browser to open the settings page.

Open the built-in browser on your phone and enter the IP address (you can find the IP address below the city name on the screen).
