Notes

1. We recommend that the normal operating oil temperature is 20~60℃/68-140℉, and the maximum system operating temperature is 90℃/194℉ (not more than one hour). The kinematic viscosity of the oil at 40°C/104℉ is 42-74mm2/s.

2. We recommend that the filter precision be 10-30 microns. It is better to add a magnetic block at the bottom of the oil tank to prevent metal chips from entering the system. The solid pollution level of working oil shall not be higher than 19/16.

3. The motor can be used in series or parallel. When the back pressure exceeds 10MPA (the rotating speed is lower than 200RPM), the external drain port must be used for pressure relief. It is better to connect the external drain port directly to the oil tank.

4. In order to make the motor have a long service life, the best working condition of the motor should be 1/3-2/3 of the rated working condition. When loading the motor, it should be operated at 30% of the rated pressure for about 1 hour. In any case, before loading the motor, ensure that the motor is filled with oil.

5. It is strongly recommended to run the motor at 30% load for about 1 hour before running at full load to allow the motor to be fully run-in.
