Operate Steps
- Short press the red button to switch on.
- After the mat is switched on, short press the red button to change work modes.
- Press and hold the red button for 3 seconds to switch off.
Operation Tips
- The training mat needs self-calibrate for 1 minute after it is turned on, there will be no any shock when you touch it, any movement during calibration may cause the mat to work improperly.
- The LOW BAT light up when nothing touches to indicate low battery. Please change a new 9v batteries.
- The LOW BAT light up when something touches the mat indicates that the training mat is working normally.
Usage Tips
- It is recommended not to place heavy objects on the mat as there is potential for these items to damage the wires woven into the mat.
- If there is too much hair or dirt on the pet paws, it would insulate your pet from the training mat, your pet would not be shocked on the mat.
- When you care and clean the training mat, you need to unsnap the controller, to keep the controller dry.
