SEASONAL HAND KNITTED DESIGNS FOR 18" DOLLS Fall/Winter Collection
16 hand knitted pattern designs in a five collection volume that is suitable for both the beginner and seasoned knitter, created not only for your dolls seasonal wardrobe, but for you, the knitter, in celebration in the art of knitting, and in honor of my Mom, Brenda, who taught me the art of knitting at a young age.
This Fall/Winter Collection has been fashioned to coordinate with each other for complete ensembles, from the versatile options found in the Sienna Collection, along with the trendy jacket set of the Sinclair Collection (cover), to the stylish essentials offered in the Pemberton Collection and the traditional Gansey inspired sweater set of the Archipelago Collection, finishing with timeless classics found in the Christmas Collection, each design is worked with your dolls ease of dressing in mind. ~ Debonair Designs
About the Author
Deb, designer/author of this publication, also known as Debonair Designs, was born and raised in England, where her mom taught her the art of knitting at a tender young age. In 1991 she met and married her American husband while on vacation in the US, and has lived there ever since. Her first introduction to the popular American Girl Dolls came in 2006, since she was already knitting sweaters for teddy bears, her husband suggested she knit for these dolls too, and so began her love affair designing and knitting for dolls.
