Description

Prevent the accidental or unexpected start up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery with our lockout tags. Made of 10-mil PF Cardstock with 7-mil matte laminate on both side, or 14-mil RP-Plastic with self-adhesive, clear polyester flaps that are pre-attached on both sides. The tags are 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" in size with a 3/8" grommeted hole to prevent pull off, and in insert so you can attach a photo. They are durable, water-resistant and have a abrasion-resistant writable surface. Each do not operate tag has a different message with a standard backing. Lockout tagout tags are available in individual packages, as a Box of Tags, Tags By-The-Roll both with and without grommets, and refillable QuickTags. Ties sold separately.
