Copper Alloy Core - Superior Thermal Performance

Core of the nozzle is made of high-temperature Copper Chromium Zirconium and plated with an Electroless Nickel Plating. This special alloy retains its strength at much higher temperatures compared to a regular copper alloy. Copper alloy offers one of the best thermal conductivity, meaning you can now print abrasive filaments at normal nozzle temperatures.

  • WS2 is a low friction dry lubricant coating that helps keep the nozzle tip clean and prevents the material accumulation. This coating provides a very low coefficient of friction (0.035) that helps the filament flow smoothly through the nozzle.
