What tools or additional components do I need to fully assemble these speakers?

Wood glue, solder gun and solder, hammer or mallet, a thin scraper/putty knife(for covering the grill) screwdrivers and masking/painters tape.

Running a xtonebox silver 6011 pushing 60w+60w @4ohms. Is that sufficient?

Yes, 60 watts is plenty to power these speakers.

Is this available with white finish/vinyl?

DIY3.1A speaker is black finish/vinyl not white, if you dont like black, you can paint the box to white or other colors.
