What is its operating mode?

When you first turn it on, it is the strongest light, and switching to a regular light source only requires a long press and hold for 3 seconds. To use strobe mode, double-click the switch on either side.

What kind of environment is suitable for using it?

This weapon light has a waterproof rating of IPX4 and can work normally on outdoor training grounds or rainy days.
