A: Our air quality monitor is brand new. There is a protective film on the screen. The scratches are on the protective film. Just tear off the protective film and you can get a clear screen.
Warm Tip: Before the first use or after long-term storage, the previous gas will accumulate in the air quality tester and affect the test results. Please be sure to place air quality monitor in a ventilated environment for at least 1 hour before use to ensure the accuracy of the data.

Question: How to reset and recalibrate the air quality tester?
Answer: In a place with good outdoor air, press the "calibration button" on the device for 3 seconds and hear a beep.
Power Button: Long press for 5 seconds and then hear a beep to turn on or off the power. When turned on, the number on the screen will count down from 30 seconds to 0. (It is recommended to leave it in a ventilated place for 20 minutes before turning it on.)
Backlight Button: Press to turn off or enable the backlight function.
Mute Button: Turn on or turn off the alarm sound. In silent mode, the mute symbol is not displayed and there is no alarm sound. The alarm sound is turned on by default.
Calibration Button: Long press for 5 seconds to hear a beep, the air quality data will be cleared. The data will be calibrated to the minimum value of the measurement range, and then can be re-tested (Use after entering test mode, it is recommended to enter the test mode after starting up in a ventilated place for 30 seconds.).
Temperature Unit Selection Button: Convert between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Maximum Data Button: View the maximum data in the current test record.
