Why do we avoid big rounder corners design between pieces?
Big rounder corners affect the aesthetics of the puzzle and affect surface flatness, so we use smaller circles to maintain stability on a flatter outlet structure and inner appearance.
Design determines the height.
Using the conical spring extended into the centerpieces housing reduces the spring noise due to the contact between the spring and the washer. On the inner side edge pieces, we added 2 tracks to make it anti stickiness between pieces in contact, the smaller contact surface reduces friction and thus improves the smoothness of the puzzle. On the center caps, we make 4 concave surfaces, this prevents nails from accidentally prying open the center caps.
