Description
Elifecenter Universal High Pressure V-Band Clamps
Elifecenters stainless steel V-band clamps are made by Emotor Industries, and they are designed to work specifically with our T304 stainless V-band flanges, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. This eliminates the need to search for compatible clamps elsewhere and avoids the risk of using lower-quality clamps that could fail.
The V-band connection is popularized in racing car and an excellent choice for many turbo-housings and aspirated exhaust and for intake systems.
Strong V-clamps(2.04mm Thickness V-Retainer)
Tightening the V-band bolt applies pressure around, pushing the flanges together for a tight seal, which requires the clamp shall have a strong and tight clamp in a wrap around. Once tightened, friction between the flanges and V-band coupling actually helps reduce the load on the bolt and clamp.
Standard Gap in V-Retainer
When torque is applied to the coupling nut, an inward radial force will be created in the V-Retainer. The gap clearance must be typically in 0.062”, and also maintained to prevent the V-Retainer from bottoming out on the flanges before the required loading has been achieved.
304 Stainless V band Clamp

Seal Super Tight
The female and male flange are made of high quality 304 stainless steel, and also have a groove to align, which ensure the seal is tight.
Weld to Your Exsiting Exhaust
The 2mm/0.079" thickness flange can easily be welded with your other stainless exhaust system.
Interlocking V-Band Clamp
The Vband retainer takes very little torque to hold the two flanges together. Dont over torque the band and it will hold up just fine.
