  • How to install

  1. Prepare to connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12 volt power supply.
  2. Red wire to the positive terminal and black wire to negative terminal will make the actuator extend. To make it retract, just reverse the terminal connections.
  3. To simplify the last step, you can prepare a relay or reverse polarity switch for the actuator. When you want the actuator to extend and retract, just press the switch.
  4. Your actuator will hold its position when the power is off. It will automatically stop when reaches the end.

  • How to protect your actuator

  1. ​Please make sure the input voltage is 12V DC
  2. The actual load does not exceed the rated load
  3. All the actuators have duty cycle, they are unable to work all the time without stop. The duty cycle of this actuator is 25%. it means that your actuator needs 3 minutes to rest for every 1 minute of work. If the actuator keeps working for long time, the motor is easily burnt out.
  4. Please be careful, the actuator not completely waterproof, the protection class is IP65.

  • Why does my actuator not move

If the actuator cant move after you connect to the power supply, dont rush to think its damaged. Please switch the connection positions of two wires( Red wire and Black wire).

Two types of shaft end

  • We have 2 types of shaft end to choose from, they slotted shaft end and solid shaft end.
  • The slotted shaft end is applicable to embedded installation.
  • The solid shaft end is suitable for an application which is need to pull heavy load.

Mounting Brackets

  • The mounting brackets is included.
  • The diameter of mounting holes is 6mm.
  • A set brackets includes 2 pieces of mounting brackets, 2 pieces of mounting bolts and 2 pieces of cotter pins.
  • You can refer to the drawing and description to know the all the sizes of actuator.
