Why does the camera get hot?

When it is used, especially when the LED light is on, the heat is normal, we have tested it, it will not overheat, it will not affect the normal use and life expectancy

Why are the photos not clear?

Please ensure that the camera is not blocked by debris, in addition, the cameras best imaging focal length is 2-10cm, we recommend that you adjust the shooting distance.

Why is it connected, but the app says its not connected or doesnt display the shot?

Usually this is because it is not connected to your phone well, and please confirm that your phone case is not affected, then re-plug it in again.

Why does the app prompt for location information?

Our app is a universal version and can be used with endoscopes that require a wifi connection which need location permissions. However, our endoscope does not require a wifi connection, so it will not obtain your location information.

Why does the connection sometimes disconnect ?

Please ensure that your phones battery level is above 20%. If the battery level is too low, the power supply may be unstable, leading to disconnection.（For Apple phones, it is recommended to use models 11 and above）
