IMPORTANT NOTE: 1.Two displays CANNOT display simultaneously. 2.You need to use a standard DP1.4 cable to connect this switch to work properly, otherwise it will flicker or the screen will turn black. 3. If the screen flickers, it is because the DP cable is too long or of poor quality. Please replace it with a better or shorter DP cable. This product does not have a signal amplification function, and an 8K signal requires a larger bandwidth. If the DP line is too long or the quality is too poor, the signal attenuation will be severe, so the screen will flicker or go black. 4.Due to system limitations, there may be compatibility issues between the HP ZR30W and some graphics cards. Please do not connect the HP ZR30W monitor. 5. Do not use too long cable(total 3m) for connection between the switcher and your devices. 6. Because computer signals need to be communicated with the product before being transmitted to the monitor, there will be a delay of several seconds after being connected, and the delay time will also vary for different monitors. It is a normal phenomenon.
