DaAzHai 5FT Sliding Barn Door Hardware Kit for Single Door
Modular Track with Stable Connection
Modular Track is made up of multiple track sections that are designed to be connected together. Each track section is shorter in length, making it easier to handle and transport. The sections are joined together by upgraded 2-ponit screws, ensuring a secure and stable track system.
The advantage of a modular track is its flexibility and adaptability. It allows for easy customization of the track length to fit various door sizes or configurations. It also simplifies installation, as the shorter track sections are easier to maneuver and align. Additionally, modular track systems can be expanded or reduced in length as needed, making them suitable for future modifications or renovations.
Tips: Tracks length should be twice of the width of opening space/door panel.
Hanger & Door Stopper
Hanger: Upgraded Nylon wheels, each roller comes with lubricating bearing which will ensure door slide smoothly and quietly.
Door Stopper: Bring the door to quiet stop without any noise. Just install the door stops at both ends of the track.
Track Spacer & Anti-Jumper
Track Spacer: Connect rail to the wall, it is used to adjust the distance between door and wall.
Anti-jump Blocks: Install on the top of barn door to stop the door jump out of the rail while opening and closing the door with excessive force.
Floor Guide
Floor Guide: Work for both non-grooved and grooved doors. Prevent barn door from swinging while sliding. Also keep the moving direction of the sliding door bottom in the same direction as the rail.

2 x Hanger: Steel bracket and POM wheel, which provides strong bearing capacity and ensure smooth and quiet sliding.
2 x Barn Door Stopper: Installed on both sides of the rail, prevent the rollers from excessive sliding or falling off from track.
4 x Adjustable Spacer: We provide a piece of back-up plate for each spacer, with 0.2in thickness. In case door is too thick and the space between rail and wall is not enough.
2 x Anti-jump Pad: Installed on the top side of the wooden door panel, prevent door from slipping out of the rail while.
2 x Floor Guide: Work for both non-grooved and grooved doors in the bottom. Effectively prevent the door swinging and keep the door balanced.
