Troubleshooting:

• PROBLEM: No Power?
• SOLUTION: Ensure the 3x AAA batteries are tight in the battery compartment. If they look loose, gently adjust the metal clip contacts to ensure the batteries achieve a tight contact.
• PROBLEM: I can’t record a message?
• SOLUTION: Ensure the LOCK switch is in the OFF position. The LOCK switch disables the record feature to protect and save your recordings from accidental erasure.
• PROBLEM: LED light not on?
• SOLUTION: There is no LED light to indicate power ON. When the power switch is ON the album is ready to play and record. The red LED will only illuminate when recording is in progress.
