Description
SoleAid adjustable heel lifts are designed to reduce foot strain and impact stress on the heel. It is also used to help alleviate pain caused by an achilles tendon strain. Typically the adjustable heel lifts are recommended by doctors who have patients that need a shoe insert to help offset imbalance length discrepancies in your legs or to improve proper hip alignment. If our adjustable heel lifts are used for height increase, two are recommended to maintain balance and alignment, so that wearers will reduce risk of misalignment which can cause knee, hip, or back pain.
