2. This safety hinges assist is adequate to slow the fall of a 26 pound lid. The hinges will not applicable with the lid at width more than 27’’ and height over 18’’. Please use two hinges if your lid is at the width of over 24’’. For top-opening chest, inside height shall be over 5.1’’, and width over 6.3’’. For upward opening flap lid, inside height over 8.7’’, and width over 3.3’’.
