Will these speakers work with my TV?
It depends on the output capabilities of the TV. The TV must have a 3.5mm output. Usually these are headphone outputs.
Why is there no sound or distorted sound?
Please double check all connections. The satellite speakers plug into the back of the subwoofer and the green audio input plugs into your device. When the headphone port is in use no sound will play through the speakers.
Does it work with laptops and MacBooks?
Yes, as long as the device has a 3.5mm audio output.
Do I need to install drivers for this?
Our speaker systems use the generic drivers provided by your computer manufacturer.
Why am I not getting sound out of one of the speakers?
Try unplugging and replugging the speakers back into the subwoofer. Take caution when moving the woofer and it is not recommended to push the back of the woofer where the cables plug in directly against the wall.
