Installation tips
1. Remove all grease from the pinbox with a good degreaser before installation.
2. Orient correctly and slide the lube plate into place over the kingpin. (You can use a large standard screw driver or rubber mallet to tap it into position.)
3. Be sure that the jaws on your fifth wheel hitch closed securely and latch the kingpin.
Note: If this is the first time youve used a lube plate for your particular application, please make sure that the thickness of this plate is appropriate and wont affect how your jaw mechanism engages your kingpin.
