Q1: After I received the goods, the shoes did not light up, whats the matter?
A: Our shoes are fully charged and checked before leaving the warehouse. However, during transportation, the switch may be accidentally touched, causing the shoes to run out of power. Just fully charge it.
Q2: I cant find where the charging port is?
A: The charging port is under the Velcro, you can see it by opening the Velcro.
