Replaces older and broken rubber bike rack straps on Thule T2/T3 cradle/rack systems where the strap is installed around the horizontal cradle tube. Small holes are approximately 1/2" diameter, 6 small round holes. Large hole is approximately 1" x 1-1/2". Overall length is 10-1/2". Item number is for reference only.
