Error Messages on the Scale Display:

• ERR: Indicates scale overload.
• ERR1: Indicates failure in measuring body metrics.

Possible reasons:

1. Wearing socks during body metrics measurement. Please measure barefoot.
2. Failure to connect to the application.

TrackFit App Bluetooth Connection Instructions:

1. Ensure that your devices Bluetooth function is turned on.
2. Turn on your electronic scale.
3. Launch the TrackFit application.
4. Go to "Me," click on "My Devices," then click the plus icon at the top right. The app will start searching for nearby devices and initiate connection. Once successfully connected, your scale will appear in the "My Devices" list.
5. Return to the apps homepage, where "Connected FitTrack" will be displayed at the top.

Troubleshooting Bluetooth Connection:

1. If the app fails to find the device, stand on the scale to weigh yourself, then try searching for the device again.
2. If the device is already added to "My Devices" but "Connected FitTrack" is not displayed on the homepage, return to "My Devices" and click "Sync the device."

How to connect:

1. Scan the QR code on the manual or the back of the scale to download the app.
2. Insert 4 AAA batteries at the back of your FitTrack scale.
3. Turn on your FitTrack scale.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your smartphone.
5. Select "My Device" on "Me" page and then the "+" sign at the top left.
6. Please step on your scale and it will automatically sync to your device.
7. First, the sclae will display your weight, then flashing zeros while analyzing your body composition.
