Why does my scale display "Lo" or ""EEEEE" on the screen?

1. “Lo” symbol on the display indicates that the battery power is low. Please replace the batteries.

2.“EEEE” symbol on the display indicates that the scale is overloaded (400lb/180kg). Step off the scale to avoid damage.

How to maintain and care for the scale?

1. This scale is a high-precision measuring device. Never jump on, stomp on, or disassemble the scale.

2. Do not put heavy objects on the scale when not in use. Do not overload the scale, otherwise, the sensor may be damaged.

How to clean the scale surface？

Clean the scale with a soft damp cloth. Do not use chemicals or harsh abrasives.
