How do I connect my smartphone to the smart scale?

Open the APP and Bluetooth, click Settings in the upper left corner of the APP - Device Binding - Add Device - Stand on the anyloop scale - Bluetooth of your mobile phone will be paired with the scale automatically.

Why are my measurements not accurate enough and I can only measure weight and BMI?

1. Make sure the digital scale displays 0 before weighing.

2. Place the bathroom scale on a hard flat floor surface when you weigh.

3. Weighing is not complete until the measurement figures have stabilised.

4. Measurement by bare feet.
