Start AgingThe liquor may now be consumed directly or used to flavor coffees, syrups, baked goods, confectionary or ice creams. Extract may also be for bakery emulsions and added directly to food and beverages without the addition of alcohol or sugar at a dosage rate of 1-3% by volume. Add to frostings, icings, fondants, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, donuts, muffins, pancakes, breads, desserts, ice cream, shakes, malts, protein shakes, smoothies and yogurt. As some flavors are more explosive than others. (Essences are highly concentrated and must be mixed with alcohol before the flavors to come out. You should test and decide the ratio and how explosive the flavor will be. |
