Many vehicles with the certain style of Secondary Clutch from Polaris come standard with Square Pucks. The are suppose to act as a sponge/guide for when the secondary opens and closes. Well the Square Pucks are wearing the secondary clutches out instead and pretty fast. The large contact patch the square roller has is sliding back and forth on the aluminum, along with dirt getting under it, acting like sandpaper and wearing it out. It has to do with the material they are made with. (Pictures Shown Below).
We are using the same super successful material we have been making the smaller secondary rollers out of and making them larger to match the size of the square pucks. Now the roller will roll on the clutch, not slide. Our material has a dry nano lubrication coating and precise fit.
We highly recommend swapping the square pucks out for our round rollers.
